The Berguido Building is a project consisting of three apartments with parking and elevator. The last apartment features a social area where once can enjoy panoramic views of Panama City’s Bay. This project was unconventional and gave us a chance to wander off established parameters as it allowed us to create a new frontal façade that we made sure was consistent with the environment and architecture around it.
Another major challenge was to integrate the last apartment to an existing building by a bridge leading to an Andalusian-style patio. Details such as arched balconies, the brackets of Gaudian inspiration and semicircular volumes feature and provide an originar personality to this dynamic building.
